These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Supreme Drilling’s services. By engaging with us for water bore drilling, maintenance, or decommissioning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Scope of Services
Supreme Drilling provides water bore drilling, maintenance, and decommissioning services. All services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each customer and are discussed in detail during the quoting process.
Payment Terms

Payment for services is discussed and agreed upon at the time of quoting and proposal. All payment terms, including deposits and final amounts, will be clearly outlined in the proposal.

Payment is typically due upon completion of the service or as otherwise specified in the proposal.

Late payments may incur interest or additional fees as specified in the proposal.
Service Availability

We strive to provide services as scheduled, but unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, equipment issues, etc.) may cause delays.

Supreme Drilling reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be informed promptly in such cases.
Liability and Limitations

Supreme Drilling takes all necessary precautions to prevent damage to property during drilling, maintenance, or decommissioning. However, we are not liable for any damage caused during the course of service, unless directly resulting from negligence on our part.

Supreme Drilling is not responsible for any third-party damages or issues arising from our services.
Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the location and requirements of the service.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the service location is accessible and clear of obstacles that may affect the drilling or maintenance process.
Privacy and Data

Any personal data collected through forms, emails, or phone calls will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal information with third parties, and it is used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing services.
Modifications and Updates

Supreme Drilling reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes when applicable.
Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, legal action may be pursued as a last resort.
Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any legal disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
